History

In 2000, Speedway Redi Mix started our journey in the production of ready mix concrete by acquiring three (3) plants in Northeast Indiana – Ft. Wayne, Garrett, and Angola Indiana.

Speedway Redi Mix entered the marketplaces intent on producing the highest quality product while providing our customers the best service in the communities where we work. Speedway Redi Mix accomplishes this with the most innovative concrete plants, latest technology in batching and truck tracking, and with the best and most up to date ready mix trucks available.

The mission of Speedway Redi mix was implemented and the message well received in the marketplace as our customer base grew as well as our company.

In 2005, Speedway Redi Mix acquired additional plants in Bluffton, Huntington, and North Manchester Indiana. As Speedway Redi Mix continued to build position in these new markets, in 2007, we were able to secure additional concrete plants in Wabash and Columbia City, Indiana.

The latest addition to our Northeast Indiana concrete family of plants is the Logansport/Peru and Kokomo Indiana facilities in 2009.
